Ravin R280 Crossbow Serving And String Conditioner Liquid For Use With Ravin Crossbows, 8-Grams The company was purchased in September - more.Ravin R10 Crossbow Package R014 With Helicoil Technology, Predator Dusk Camo They asked to step down from their positions after receiving low raises, but Management's response was to immediately fire two of them, the third quit on his own accord (they didn't fire him because he was one of their best employees and just a few days before a crossbow had exploded on him and it cut his hand) They worked the position, then reviews came and they may have gotten 3% raise on $12/hr, or 36¢ maximum. He was canned by the end of the day.Ī group of 3 people became production leads with increased responsibilities, no immediate raise in pay to the position. I remember one guy made a joke about the pay being low, just a light joke that was not insulting or degrading to any specific person. Benefits seemed more like a burden, but that's healthcare premiums these days. Management would provide mediocre burgers and the cheapest hotdogs you could buy. They would do employee appreciation BBQ's but employees would make or buy 80% of the food. One close co-worker, who always showed up on time, rarely took vacation, and always did his job to satisfaction, did not even get a raise. I scored 9/10 on my review and I got a 50¢ raise, and that was one of the biggest raises. They didn't care about the quality of products being made, only quantity. After the first few months it became apparent that management couldn't care less about their employees. I started in July 2017, and in the beginning it was a decent place to work. The management teams that run the production floor itself drive very hard to accomplish daily goals in quota, and in an effort to focus that number for greater efficacy, they implement a - more. It truly seems as though the pace of the job is more focused on productivity than employee retention, and of the two, productivity is the primary focus with employee retention being a secondary focus altogether rather than a congruent focus for a better overall result. Frequent overlooking of ability or perhaps assumptions made at a glance rather than looking at the total picture can leave employees feeling unrecognized and undervalued. The thing to remember presently is that shortage in staff represents a drive to train new employees more than to necessarily recognize the total package of what sort of worker they may possess. Management drives the team so consistently hard that it feels nearly impossible to effectively voice issues occurring on the job, especially where the management team may or may not be failing the workforce, it’s all about perspective and what you can remain focused on for the sake of company income but not necessarily company treatment. Productivity is a consistent goal at the end of the day, but with that productivity during a staffing shortage, stakes are high. The work does not necessarily leave you feeling accomplished at the end of the day, as the lines move in such a manner that leaves it feeling consistently unfinished and that is right down to the standards and procedures prohibiting batching where a definitive break in accomplishment is necessarily reached.
